Stephano's - Reserva de mesa

I'm new to the Hudson Valley and spent some time to decide where I could order Italian food because I couldn't get pasta from my mind lol. I quickly found Stephano on Yelp and decided to give them an attempt. My father is from Italy, like the majority of my family, so naturally I am very special when it comes to Italian food. I have no complaints. literally none. Nothing under 5 stars above the food, taste, quality and packaging for a take-out order. I ordered the penne à la vodka, the orchid with sausage and broccoli rave, Arancini and a side of meatballs. Our food came with salads and really hearty rolls / garlic knots. Each table received dinner rolls, and the balsamic dressing for the house salad was particularly delicious! I ordered the gnocchi, which was tender and flavorful, and I requested Bolognese sauce on top, which they happily accommodated. We also shared a side of broccoli rabe, and everything was fantastic! The portion sizes were generous, with the side being large enough to share. Additionally, the wine pours were quite generous! Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Stephano's last night and are looking forward to visiting again!

Loved the lights in the outdoor seating area.. set the perfect mood.portions served here are huge and totally worth the money! They start you off with the best bread and cheese spread with roasted red peppers and olives..the calamari was tender and served in a sweet Thai chili sauce. The chicken Marsala was delish, served with lots of mushrooms. I chose penne as my side. My hubby ordered the prime rib with Gorgonzola and blue cheese with mash. He liked it

The food here is absolutely amazing. I ordered about 5 appetizers and they were all delicious. Then salads came before the main course. After all, I got my duck and then I was so full that I could hardly eat more. The portions are large and each dish is delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is great. From appetizers to desserts, everything was absolutely delicious. The calamari was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. The portions are generous, leaving plenty for leftovers. The waitstaff was extremely friendly, contributing to a delightful dining experience!

The food was excellent and satisfying. The bread and calamari could easily serve as a meal for two! Paired with a salad and a main course, I ended up taking home one or two more meals. The Chianti was fresh and delicious.

This is a favorite of the whole family (and seemingly most of the town) in Fishkill and busy every night. Portions are large, as is the house wine. Nothing fancy, just good solid a Italian dishes.
