Ida was great to us this past weekend she went above and beyond she was not only friendly but very patient when we placed our order over the phone answered every question and unlike most places wasn't rushing us off the phone only thing I can say was not pleasant was the fact it was so cold inside your location and you can tell the staff was cold cause our car was warmer then the inside of the store well that says alot about the owner and whoever is running this place it shouldn't be that cold inside a restaurant As a business owner myself I would never let my hard working friendly staff work under these conditions I hope they fix the heat again thank you to the young lady for being so kind...
Beyond Dysfunctional. No one knows what the other is doing. Don’t bother calling ahead of time, they’ll never put your order in. When you go to “pick-up” after calling ahead 20 mins or so, you’ll go to the register and they won’t have a clue what you ordered. Then you’re waiting an additional 20/30 mins for your food since that’s when your order actually goes in. If the food wasn’t so good, I’d say stay away! There are so many other options, this place really needs to step it up and get their functionality/processes figured out. The chicken with its head cut off model isn’t working. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place to visit.
Initially, I commented on how the quality of the place had drastically declined. It appears they have replaced their experienced employees with inexperienced ones. For example, there was a young girl at the register wearing a hoodie who communicated in a rather aggressive way. They are struggling to fulfill basic orders, and in fact, I witnessed a customer come in to collect their remaining change just as I was arriving.
Overall, the atmosphere has changed for the worse. It’s disappointing to see. Stay tuned for updates – LOL! REVIEW CLOSED.
I adore Steve's Bagels! This place is fantastic. The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is consistently polite and friendly. I also appreciate the wide variety of menu options available. You'll never get tired of dining here!

Bagel sandwich not nearly as good as a few months ago. There was a weird taste to everything, like they hadn't cleaned the grill in a while. Sad, because my previous visits were amazing!
Rude staff… ordered take out and still manage to have worst experience inside a restaurant… 0 stars if I could please go to Tolland Tpk location instead never had an issue there
What's the situation? Are you planning to reopen anytime soon? It appears that the place is currently being used for storage. Update: still closed.
