I believe that Stew-N-Que is the best breakfast spot in North Georgia. I pass by Baldwin on my way to work in Cornelia every day, and I make sure to stop by this gem for breakfast regularly. The biscuits are huge and perfectly balanced with a buttery crust and a fluffy inside. They offer a variety of options including chicken, bacon, sausages, ham, steak, tenderloin, egg, and more. You could try a different biscuit every day for weeks and never have the same thing twice. The portions are generous, and the breakfast plates are more than enough for a satisfying meal. They also offer lunch with your typical meat and three options. Their pies and cakes are delicious for those with a sweet tooth....

The food at this restaurant was excellent. We stumbled upon it while driving by and decided to try something local. The restaurant was cafeteria-style, so we ordered at the counter, paid, and then sat wherever we liked. I had the country fried steak with potatoes and greens, which were covered in a delicious gravy. Charlie had fried chicken, potatoes, green beans, a biscuit, and a peach cobbler, all of which were very tasty. My greens were tender with just the right amount of salt, and the steak and potatoes were also very flavorful. Charlie mentioned that the fried chicken was perfectly cooked and not too dry. Unfortunately their business its in a city that has set up a speed trap camera in front of their restaurant. It is in a school zone and they keep it flashing all day long to generate revenue. For that reason, I don’t go there any longer. The food is horrible, but it is in an area where the only things available are fast food and Mexican restaurants, so they have a decent following. It seems like most of their food is from a can. They don’t really spend a lot of time thinking about things like taste.

Good food, great people. I do wish they stayed open later than 2. Breakfast is top-notch, except for the grits. They leave something to be desired. We had breakfast at this restaurant and enjoyed delicacies such as speck, eggs, gravity, gries, and cookies. It felt like dining at a high-quality establishment. The food was excellent with generous portions. Highly recommended place to eat!
