I just placed a pickup order online, and while the food is good, they really need to improve their customer service. When I walked in, there were three people at the counter waiting to order, and the staff member completely ignored us. She didn't acknowledge anyone or say she'd be with us shortly; in fact, she didn't even make eye contact and just continued with her tasks. After a few minutes, the other customers walked out, but since I had already paid, I had to wait. There was only one other customer eating, so I finally had to say, "Excuse me, I'm here to pick up an order." All I got in response was, "What's your name?" I took my order back only to find they had given me the wrong fries;...
First of all, service is terrible! Two people in the kitchen is not enough. I stood in line for 20 minutes and then asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and they said the chicken would be 5 minutes...I said ok and 5 minutes later they pulled chicken out and put it on the grill. I waited another 20 minutes for my meal. Will not be coming back to this location again until service improves and you get more than 2 people in the kitchen.Secondly I witnessed MANY people leave the line because it was taking so long.
The service was incredibly slow, and the floors were slippery—though not wet, it seemed like they hadn't cleaned up grease properly. To top it off, they've drastically reduced portion sizes while increasing prices. I ordered a three-piece grilled chicken, and I only received about one and a half pieces.
When this place opened it was great went here today maybe a year later and the food is terrible and took way too long. There are 2 people working there with a huge restaurant and 7-8 customers. Was dissapointed and feel terrible leaving bad reviews but here i was dissapointed..

The fingers where alright. I ordered 5 piece with parm fries, recieved regular fries. My friend ordered chicken and waffles. The sauces where not great. The place was kinda unkept.Vegetarian options: They have vegan chicken fingers on the menu.
They really mean it when they call themselves sticky, place didn't really felt cleanly tables were sticky. Food tasted like they precooked everything 20 minutes beforehand. first time and last time eating
I have to say that I loved Stickys when I first came here, but now I’m just disappointed and disgusted. There were flies and bugs in my drink!
My favorite place around for Chicken Waffles. Get it with some Nashville Numb sauce on the side for a great blend of spicy and sweet!
