if you do all the interesting museum and the church first, you do not have to share your lunch with 200 hungry ppl. first have a look at all the museum floors, get your post cards in the shop and also some sound priced printed guids. this will take you easy 2hours. better go during the week, it might be crowded otherwise. the worlds biggest library ! shady spot for a break. first do the hard work of visiting all the exhibits, then schnitzel and cake at 3PM when there is noone sitting in the shady restaurant garden anymore.

The food and the service was OK, but not exceedingly good. It was a bit expensive considering the quality of the food, however, it was tasty and the restaurant was open to suggestions concerning the Schnitzel (the standard one is made of pork, but they cooked, upon request, a Schnitzel out of turkey). All in all, it was a pleasant enough experience and I would definitely recommend going to this restaurant.

After the library you must visit the onsite restaurant.the location is fantastic and the food is, as is often the case in Austria,, out of this world. When asked if you have any more wishes, you cat help but say yes. Local produce and fantastic cooking and presentation. Good attentive service.

We dropped in here after visiting the library and the garden. The service was fine and 2 out of the 3 main dishes we ordered were very good. We paid EUR 45 including the tip for 2 adults and 1 kid (main dishes and drinks). The staff was really helpful!
