Stiva Veglia - Reservar una mesa

From the first contact to the final and personal send off, the Zimmermann Team of Cornelia and Tino outshone every restaurant in the ski resort. We arrived to candlelit paths and a warm welcome, having reserved online and received an ever so positive reply. We were able to choose freely from the six course menu and as we had children with us, this flexibility was valuable. Our courses were brought swiftly and everything was delicious, local and exquisitely prepared. We can heartily recommend Stiva Veglia, it’s a beautiful place with kind, attentive and skilled owners and staff.

The selection is somewhat limited, but we could combine from the exquisite menues just as we wished and everything was a savory discovery. The service was very attentive always available without ever bothering us. We were spoiled by many delicious small entremets. The traditional old restaurant environment is carefully lit with small electric and candle lights. Definitely our favorite dining in the region.

We have been to Stiva Veglia 3 times, in summer and winter, the last time on Boxing Day 2018. Food was exceptional on all occasions, combinations from the two set menus provide plenty of options. Service is very personal and with local charm. Very good value for money!

Appetizers were good (I couldn't wait longer than 2,5h and didn't get to main course). Service of the restaurant was very bad long waiting hours, delayed removal of empty plates, very hot room and waiter does not understand English.

We are very disappointed!!!! No air, very very hot!!! Starters come after 1,5 hours, mixed orders. After 3 hours we cannot wait for deserts.
