St.Ives Hotel - Reservar una mesa

We had our engagement Party in The Loft at St Ives on Saturday the 12th of August.Kyle and I were so happy with how everything went.Rosie and all the staff where beyond wonderful on the day - No request was to much, and they happily helped us out with lots of little last min changes (speech time changes etc etc).Having everything upstairs was great - there isn't many venues that the function room has its own bar and bathroom facilities separated from the rest of the venue.While it isn't disabled friendly - our friends and family with issues tackled the stairs in there stride and there was no complaints, I do like however there is downstairs function areas to cover those needs.The food was amazing and abundant, I didn't hear a single complaint and talking to everyone in the last couple of days they 100% agree there was NOTHING to complain about. Still having food at the end of the night means that no one was starved and those who had happened to miss dinner were able to eat and not go hungry.The staff - the ones that helped out prior to the event with the set up and those who served all our guests did such a good job making sure everyone was satisfied.It is 100% a great venue and I can see ourselves using St Ives again for events in the future as it has something for everyone and enough space that even if there are little ones they have room to run and play.Thank you all again for such a wonderful night - There is not a single thing we would change and we will forever be grateful for all of the staff at St Ives for helping make the celebration of our engagement one that is truly memorable.

Expensive drinks, the bar staff same on able to see you If you're not standing right in front of them. They served and elderly gentleman referring to him as BUD And appear to lack the basics relating to service in hospitality. Furthermore there is two sections to the bar, one suggesting that it takes food orders however there is a beer tap located in the area, after queueing for 10 minutes they won't take your drinks order, say they won't serve you and sending you to another section of the bar. Then going to the drinks service I waited 10 minutes and because I was not standing in front of the bar Pearson I was not served. A customer directed the bar staff to me as being next so I could get served. ( beer was cold and good) I saw a fellow wait for 10 minutes in the drink service area to finally get served and then be sent to the food area to order his meal. The venue shows such promise but I was extremely disappointed. From what I see the meals that are in special are good value.

We had dinner here on a Sunday night (curry night) my wife had butter chicken while I had the green curry, both were very enjoyable and was served in good time.The only constructive criticism I have is way to much lime cordial in the lemon lime and bittersWe will be back

Excellent value meal, meals came out quick.. Had grilled fish n chips delicious and hot relax atmosphere music playing in background Place was busy so might need to reserve on weekends 10/10

Great staff and food, always willing to go the xtra mile for you twice they have made me food not on the menu,lunch time specials sre a mudt and cheap, no problems at all recommending
