We saw this venue online and were never before. We had no idea what to expect and therefore went to book online. Online suggests booking times and automatically assign them to the Bistro area where there is no minimum spending. We had heard the conversation was great and therefore decided to book for the final party. We were not excessively hungry and asked to order drinks and a starter. The waitress made us feel terrible and explained that we had to order a complete meal from the menu, which we were not aware of. I explained that and she said, “Okay, but you will not be able to hold the table all night.” I said that's good. The rest of the time she served us was really rude and made us uncomfortable, the couple on the next table also commented on their bad customer service. I was so disappointed when evening entertainment, drinks, reception staff were all great. If the order of food is an expectation and conditions of a table booking, I think this should be set on the website for the future. To avoid future customers feeling like us.
