Wow! As locals, we decided to try Stompin’ Grounds during Burger Week and will definitely be coming back! Although we’ve enjoyed Bourbon Steak multiple times and stayed at the JW Marriott, we had never experienced Stompin’ Grounds before. The food was incredible—my husband ordered the salmon bento box with garlic potatoes and carrots, while I enjoyed the special burger paired with delicious sweet potato fries. The corn muffins with jam were so good that we took some home. We also picked up the quinoa bowl with chicken and avocado to enjoy later, which perfectly complemented our leftovers. The service was awful. We were one of two table in the restaurant. Each table had their own server. We were there for over 2 hours mostly waiting on our drinks and food. The waiter got our drink orders wrong. We had to find him when we needed anything. Then when it came time for the bills he kept getting it wrong and wouldn’t let us help him. We finally told the manager we would just pay the total bill instead of separating it-who knows if it was right. The food was really good but bc of the lack of service it’s not worth going back.
Stompin Grounds offers a fantastic menu with delicious flavors. We especially loved the spinach artichoke dip served with chips. They have distinct menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just be aware that the breakfast menu ends at 11 am, so plan your visit accordingly depending on which meal you want to enjoy.
We enjoyed an excellent lunch at Stompin Grounds. The staff were exceptionally courteous, particularly the lady who served us. After a hot morning exploring Nashville, it was refreshing to relax in a quiet, calm, and cool atmosphere. The menu offered a great variety that made our experience even better.

We had the salmon and steak and it was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive, thoughtful and kind.
