What a way to end the year!! From start to finish the night was superb. Starting with a welcome toast of champagne, the night never let down. The amuse bouche of west coast oysters with preserved lemon mignonette was the perfect compliment to the champagne. I wanted a dozen, but splitting the half dozen was an incredible start. Next, our server brought out the next course of king crab in a champagne butter. To say it was incredible is a disservice. This paired perfectly with a glass of Ver Sacrum geisha dragon from Uco, Argentina. This was followed by a gold potato with salt cod and hollandaise that was simple yet exquisite. For our entree it was a Berkshire pork chop with carmelized cabbage and a pork cheek croquette. Wow! Rounding out the evening was a brandy panna cotta with compressed green apply and peanut brittle. It was the perfect ending to an incredible meal and evening. Chef Brandon and crew came out and toasted with another glass of of champagne to top off an incredible evening! Thank you SCB! This was probably our 5th time going in and, per usual, the whole team crushed it from the food to the service. Menu is refreshed often and they really pride themselves on bringing in local produce and meat. This time, we started with the endive salad they took a creative finger food approach with it and was fun to eat. For my entrée, had the strip loin with hen of the woods mushrooms and potatoes two ways that balance between the steak, hen of the woods, and potatoes was heavenly. Forgot to mention the bread from a local baker with their even changing butter crave this at times. Always a treat to go here!

We booked for a group of 8 last minute. Most probably the best last minute decision I ever made. Food is outstanding and service was courteous and friendly. Make sure you get their foie gras as appetizer. I highly recommend!
