Omg where do I start, just no ! My pizza all the ingredients was falling off of it. Like soggy pizza dough. The marinara sauce was watered down, I took a bite of the meatball sub just a regular meatball sub with cheese. I put extra cheese on it. It was so garlicky and overbearing. It felt like when I took the first bite that there was a chunk of garlic in there it was so garlicky I just wrapped it up and put it in the fridge, I use the Slice app to order my pizza. Nothing for nothing. The amount I had to pay to order pizza from the store was ridiculous. At least give us the freaking pizza with the ingredients on the pizza. I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. They blocked my phone number after their delivery partner, Slice, refused to fulfill my order. Although I received a refund from Slice, I had to drive to the restaurant, wait for them to remake my order, and I still ended up paying and tipping. I've tried to call them for nearly eight months, making 12 attempts to place an order, but I haven’t been able to reach them. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
The food is excellent, but be cautious if you order online. If they run out of an item from your order, they will cancel the entire order without notifying you, charge you, and refuse to provide a refund. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
Four stars! Next time, I’ll bring my own plastic containers, LOL. These folks keep inviting me to use their crazy containers!
