The restaurant was full of locals which gave it a great atmosphere. The food was very tasty.We sadly hit an evening where the team were probably not prepared for good weather and the amount of guests. One new girl and the lady running the place was not enough initialy. However, they appeared to call in the family and things started to get faster service wise. We happily drank the wine in the meantime. The food took over an hour to come out, but was worth the wait and we weren't in any real hurry. And we surely appreciated the food when it arrived.This place is worth a visit.

Wir waren dort an einem Sonntag gegen 17 Uhr und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Dort ist eine schöne Atmosphäre durch den Gewölbekeller. Die Bedienung war gut gelaunt und hat uns super durch die am Abend etwas abgespeckte Karte geführt. Das Essen war richtig klasse. Im Foto zu sehen die Kürbissuppe, der leckere Zander und der Schokoladenkuchen. Zusätzlich haben wir uns noch eine Flasche Wein und Wasser bestellt. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Traben-Trarbach machen, steht dieses Restaurant eindeutig auf unserer Liste für einen weiteren Besuch.

we sat comfortably in the cellar and enjoyed the cool. the service was good, eating delicious and the prices in order. I recommend the fried bloodworm (except you will test cholesterin afterwards). then still delicious trester.

Had dinner om a friday night, two people, no reservation needed. sat outside in the little court and ordered schnitzel and sweine rucken. Typical german food, well prepared and very affordable. staff was friendly, no rush. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good German home cooking. The ambience is historically nice. Everything looks very sympathetic. If you want to eat chic, it's probably the wrong place. Nevertheless, we recommend the restaurant. It tasted good for us.

Klassisches Restaurant in historischem Kellergewölbe. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir waren an einem Samstag am frühen Abend dort, nach einer Weinwanderung. Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt.
