Stories - Casual Fine Dining - Halifax

We had an outstanding evening dinning at Stories. The food was marvellous, presentation perfect as so the service. It was very nice to be able to conduct a conversation without having to shout over the music. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants an delicious meal in an intimate setting.

I have to say that I was expecting more for the price. I had the scallops as an appetizer and they were quite good. I got the guinea hen for my main and found it was a bit dry and over-seasoned. We all shared a dessert and it was very good. The service was good.

We had an excellent experience. Food choices were scallop and ahi tuna. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates food preparation,quality and presentation .

The meal was excellent. I had the Tuna and my partner had the Duck. Both were perfectly prepared and presented. The blackberry tart for dessert was superb!
