Their chips are phenomenal. So crispy, light, golden yellow and incredibly tasty. I have shared with friends while watching Loanhead Gala. It was best chips I ever had. I live in near by Edinburgh for 15years but never had such wonderful chips in town. So...tasty that I came back to the cafe after Loanhead Gala ended, sadly the place is already closed for the day. And coffee was lovely too. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a cafe. It’s not pretentious, it does good honest cafe food without any of the frills or the accompanying prices. The breakfast rolls are fantastic, the service is great, the locals are friendly. Go if you...want decent honest old school cafe type food and good old school prices. Don’t go if you’d like the latest trends in coffee flavours and artisan interiors.

they get a great choice of food they choose from everyday! the salat is great, there is suppe is definitiw tasty and most employees are happy and friendly and very helpful!

I sat here for breakfast. nice clean caffe with very attentive staff. nice eating. would recommend to dive for a cuppa.
