Strawberry Hut - Reserva de mesa

Is there any way you could create signage and a line for people who have already paid for their orders online or over the phone? I know your staff is busy, but if a customer is standing at counter in the Prepaid Pickup line, then they could quickly grab the item, confirm that it's paid and hand it off. I was told that I could step in front of customers and let them know my order is paid for, but NO ONE likes when people jump in line. The mean glares I got was enough to stop me from doing that again. We can avoid making customers angry if a separate line was created. I prepay to avoid the wait, only to find that I still have to wait in line. It makes no sense. Can you please consider this?

have not had the opportunity to visit it as much as I would like, but eating here is incredible, some of the best Cuban sandwiches I have tasted so far. the customer service is great and they can tell the employees who work here a lot of experience in this area. the dame on the theke is a profi, she knows what she does, apart from being polite and on the earth. if they have a chance, they try them out, they want to come back.

Very tasty food! however it's super high quality. They didn't have any of the lights or fans on. Not sure if it's because they didn't work or they really just can't pay the electric bill? But the staff is always super friendly and kind to everyone, which is hard to find nowadays.

that's one of my favorite places to eat. get her sandwich as they want. they will throw their sandwich with honey butter when they ask. my daughter, as freshly made there strawberry shakes. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is by far my go to place for an original cuban sandwich and chef salad with ranch. You won't find anywhere better than Strawberry Hut!!!

Great Cuban sandwiches! I am a Tampa native where the sandwich originated so, I am on the picky side. I highly recommend this place.
