Seems like a new place very upscale but lacking in service. The bartender was left to handle bar and tables and so the service suffered. Once staff is hired this would be a great place to eat. Water glasses didn't get filled until we complained. I had the Gouda Mac Cheese with Brisket good concept, tender brisket kind of dry. The brisket Reuben rolls were great a good twist to an old classic. Small portions so don't be hungry. The music was great and very comfortable. Has potential.
Heed the advice from previous reviewers to pas on this place. 30 minutes for a basic cocktail and an hour later food came cold. It was a mess and the front of the house staff seemed to hide in the back. It was too bad as they could have communicated that something was wrong. Instead all the tables started talking amongst ourselves until someone got up and went into the kitchen. When we told the server the food was cold he got upset and snapped at my friend.
Go for the drinks. Not the food. Extremely limited menu because 1/2 the items were missing. When missing that many items, we should have been told when handed the menu. No OpenTable reservation needed on a Thursday. Restaurant was nearly empty. I wanted to go to this restaurant for the food offered on the menu and had hoped for a particular vibe being that we had made a reservation. Had expected more.
comfortable location near resorts. some elements in the menu were not available (it would be helpful if the server told us before ordering which items were not available). the dishes we could order were delicious. definitiw recommend the crab-dip assizer. special cocktails were okay, but not really measure up to real craft cocktail standards. Better than expected. Excellent cocktails. Rock shrimp tacos/ pork tacos were very good. Bartender (server as well) was nice, cordial. On top of it! This place should be and deserves to be busier.
The food and service was very good. The portions were OK. The place is a little rundown inside but the food makes up for it. We were happy when we left extensive drink and beer menu
Staff very friendly. Drinks good but lite on the alcohol. The live music made conversation challenging while it was playing.
