This SubCenter has been our favorite place for past 25 years!The best subs,freshest ingredients and great customer service.Today was the very first time that nothing seemed the same,except the lady who took our order was nice.The order was one Italian sub, the other was a half a sub with tuna on white bread.The usual great bread was not the same,it was much smaller, &narrow , and the cold cuts and the additional ingredients seemed to be downsized!I had ordered the half a tuna sub with Swiss cheese and everything else on it ,except cherry peppers, but it didn't exactly end up as I had ordered!Needless to say,we came to conclusion,that nothing stays the same...we thought maybe the SubCenter ha...
The food here is fantastic and always fresh, especially the toppings. There’s a great variety of cheeses and toppings, and the bread is delicious. My favorite is the tuna sub, but you can't go wrong with any option on the menu. The staff is friendly and genuine, and they work really hard. However, the restaurant could use some updates; the floors and walls are quite old and stained, and the counter area is small, which can make it hectic, especially during lunch hours. I recommend ordering ahead to minimize wait times at the counter.
This is a little standalone shop with very hardworking people and very good food. Another review said the chicken salad is wonderful. Totally agree. Hubby had a turkey sub and got to pick from eight different cheeses and more than 10 veggie add ons. Highly recommend. Note: You have to eat outside or take with.
Food was outstanding! Steak sub with everything but cheese. Lactose intolerant quick,hot,made in front of you. There's another store on 441 and Ives dairy road. Not sure they are affiliated with each other.

10 stars!!!!!!!!!...The food is outstanding, and the staff is fantastic—what more could you want? We tried their meatball sub, tuna sub, and Philly cheesesteak, and they are by far the best in the area!!!

The sandwich was okay but the girl behind the counter needs to leave her attitude at home.
Despite the small space, they create some pretty awesome subs. ? They never disappoint.
