Christine and the entire team are always fantastic and amazing. We are regulars at the Belmont location and love it there. However, when we tried the Gastonia location expecting the same experience, it was actually quite disappointing. We will definitely continue to be loyal to the Belmont location.

You obviously have no idea how to run a business. Thinking charging people almost $19 for a sandwich, drink and chips is going to make you more money? You?ve lost a customer, and probably many more after me. I can get a steak dinner at a nice restaurantfor that. You are out of your mind, and probably almost out of business.

I went for lunch today but ended up leaving. The woman without a hat who had a bun kept touching her face and didn’t change her gloves at all. Then, she chopped up chicken to put on the grill and went back to handling other items without changing her gloves. This was very unsanitary!
I usually visit the location in Gastonia, and it's always great. Unfortunately, this one did not live up to the same standard of service. The customer service here was disappointing. The two women who assisted me seemed annoyed by my presence. It's clear why this place isn't busy.
Christine and Annette are total rockstars! We ordered a bunch of subs for our company and they got everything we needed in record time! They were kind, professional, and made amazing subs and wraps! Can?t wait to come back!
