The only reason I 'm giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because the order online option has some issues that should probably be fixed. The biggest being when ordering something with sauce it requires you to pick 2 different sauces even if you say no sauce (or perhaps wanted 2 of the same) and it also requires you to pick 2 additional sauces for .95 each even if you don 't want any. If you do not pick it won 't let you continue. I know it 's only an additional 1.90 but it seems odd that you can 't just say no. That being said I was impressed with everything else. I had to call for one minor tweek to my order (since you can 't make additional comments online) and the lady I spoke with was so...
This restaurant did not meet my expectations. I visited on Tuesday with a coworker and ordered a burger, only to receive raw bacon and undercooked potato bites. Today, I tried the Philly steak, which turned out to be quite bland and dry. Additionally, who puts lettuce and tomato on a Philly cheesesteak? I would recommend steering clear of this place.
Stopped by for a pick up order. Was greeted by the sweetest young lady who was multi tasking like crazy, yet was friendly. She even took a few minutes to look at a picture of my cat (yes, he's my baby lol). The sub was perfect.
The food here was delicious. My wife and I went for trivia, and we enjoyed our experience. We both had subs, I recommend the Pistol, she the Italian. The waitress that we had was also very attentive.

The service here is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The pizza is delicious, and you definitely shouldn't miss out on the Teezers. I highly recommend this place!
