There was a very rude guy that made my order! He was not wearing a name tag but he had two tone hair and a sassy attitude. I approached him and politely greeted him while he just stared and said nothing. I was not rude at all while placing my order and thanked him for everything he was doing while making my order. "The sub sandwich was over-toasted, which was disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that an older African American lady allowed some people to cut in line in front of her. They also do not accept coupons, which was frustrating. It would be great to have friendlier greetings from the staff, particularly from the older lady."
