I ordered two sandwiches, one #23 and one #16 , two cookies and two large drinks online. Took over 10 minutes after quoted time to receive my food. It is always slow and when you try to call and complain about missing items (have had this problem in the past) they say there aren’t any managers. Both sandwiches ended up having finger nails in the food. I took a bite out of my second sandwich and but down on something hard. Took the thing out of my mouth and notice it looked and felt like a finger nail.
