Today, May 8, 2022 at around 12:15 p.m The lady with black hair served us again, unfortunately very unfriendly again today... when my partner pointed out to her (like the last time) not to toast the chicken sandwich with the same program as the salami sandwich, She was apparently completely overwhelmed... she put a sandwich in the oven and called her employee to continue serving us... she then disappeared into the kitchen. After we complained to her friendly employee, she only had us very bossy looks thrown at us... we find this very unprof...
Yesterday at 9:45 p.m. I got to the subway, at about 9:53 p.m. the lady was there, since she didn't make any sandwiches because she had to get there at 10 p.m. Pretty quick, there are a lot of different things! And what's more, it's done extremely slowly and unmotivated. She would have done a nice job if she had served everyone. And 10 minutes overtime won't hurt anyone! Very unprofessional behavior!
Ich war heute am 25.05 in dem Subway an meinem Geburtstag wollte ich schön noch ein leckeres Essen haben um 19 Uhr und es war wie ein Geschenk von den lieben Mitarbeitern das Essen war perfekt die Menschen waren nett und toll und ich hatte noch einen schönen Abend ich werde definitiv wieder kommen Dankeschön maria,Katja und juci für dass leckere Essen
The staff is very friendly and the food is always great. I particularly liked the wedges as a side dish To the people who have recently left a 1 star review, always with the same text: It's super embarrassing when you try to get a free meal using a fake review. If you can't afford the food then make yourself a sandwich at home

Nobody expects a gourmet meal from Subway, but a vegan sandwich (with our without Spicy Vegan Patty) from that chain is quite decent and can be varied a lot. The patty isn't hot at all, by the way. Vegan labeling should be improved, though only one labeled sauce, no labeled bread.

I am 13 and wanted to get a „schülermenü“, but they said it wasn’t allowed on the weekend. They then charged me 21 franks instead of 12. The service was also slow

They said the Schülermenü can’t be used over the weekend and everywhere else I went over the Week I could use it. They also had a slow service.
