I'm really disappointed with my experience at this Subway. While the employee was making my sandwich, the mustard cap popped off and mustard splattered all over me and my new shirt. I told him it was a new shirt and made it clear he shouldn't charge me, but he still rang me up without offering a free sandwich or even a cookie. His apology didn’t sound sincere, and both employees were laughing. To make matters worse, I'm pregnant and emotional, so I went home and cried over my ruined shirt. I can't believe they still charged me!
Can you really go wrong with Subway? My wife and I stopped here on our trip from Los Angeles to Fresno the day after Christmas. The place was busy, and we were pretty hungry. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and asked what we wanted. Our order was spot on, the food tasted great, and we were soon back on the road. I've been to this location before and have always liked their menu.
I would give this place zero stars if possible. They closed a whole hour early! When I returned, one of the employees was very rude, and the cashier appeared clueless. I've worked in fast food before, so there's no excuse for that behavior. The staff here are consistently rude. Don’t support this location—there’s a new Subway that just opened off the freeway; go there instead.
This place was once decent, but my experience changed when I encountered Jasmine, who was quite rude and unhelpful. It's disappointing when customer service falls short, especially towards polite customers. I won't be returning here again!
