They refused my Subway coupon saying it didn't include Roastbeef, but the coupon didn't say no roastbeef. He told me I could have turkey instead. I asked for my coupon back, and went to another Subway that didn't give me any problems!Wow, and this is the second time they treated me rudely, and made me wait while there was no one else in the store. While they were focused on stocking, and not customers waiting. I see why now, because they are nasty to people. I won't return to this Subway again, not even if I'm starving to death. What a waste of time.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. I understand that everyone has bad days, but my visits here have consistently been met with the same negative attitude. If someone is unhappy in their job, they should consider finding a position that makes them happier instead of taking it out on customers.
I walked into the store on 9/11 at 6:15 pm and tried ordering a sandwhich your worker was on his phone and ignoring my presence and was bothered when I asked for my sandwhich toasted. he rang me up before completing my order and refused to give me avocado so he wouldn't have to re ring me up. terrible service never returning

**Parking:** There is plenty of parking available.
**Kid-friendliness:** The tall gentleman is exceptionally nice and takes great care of the customers.
**Wheelchair accessibility:** The accessibility is very good.

The sandwich was terrible, and the cookies were equally disappointing. It feels like someone at the restaurant is mishandling the food because everything tasted unpleasant. I ended up wasting $30, and all of it went straight in the trash.
Ordered my son a veggie footlong, didn't feel well shortly after eating the sandwich. A few hours later he was throwing the sandwich back up. This was the only thing that came up, bread , pickles lettuce etc..Never going back.
Food service are fine, restaurant is clean. Sometimes a brief wait during lunch rush. Not as much seating as some other Subways, but it's never full. No public restroom but nearby grocery store has one.
Never had an issue here. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Not all coupons work here… yes, because it’s privately owned. Nonetheless, I enjoy a sandwich here all the time.
