I arrived with my family about 15-20 minutes before closing, but the staff locked the door and wouldn’t let us in. I’ve noticed that when the owner or manager isn’t around, the service is usually poor and the sandwiches are often made carelessly. I wouldn’t recommend ordering by phone or using the drive-thru—it’s better to watch them prepare your sandwich to make sure you get exactly what you asked for. They’re also very stingy with toppings. Compared to other places, the wraps here are noticeably smaller in size.
During my wait at Subway, I observed that both employees did not wash their hands or change their gloves between orders. They handled the cash register, touched their hair, answered the phone, and more. I can't recommend this place; it was quite unpleasant. However, the dining area was clean, possibly cleaner than the staff's hands. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I realized that any place selling food daily to the community but refusing restroom access to customers unless they make a purchase is not truly serving the people it claims to. Because of this, I will never buy anything from Subway again.
This place usually serves great subs, especially when the manager is present. When he’s not around, the staff tend to slack off and make mistakes with orders. Overall, it’s mostly a good spot.
