I had ordered a large wrap and paid for it, but the wrap I received was just the standard size, nearly the same as a McDonald's snack wrap. Quite disappointing. After I got my refund from the delivery service, I started eating, only to find that the "Hähnchenklassiker Wrap" had no chicken in it. How do you forget the main ingredient in a wrap that is supposed to highlight chicken? If they had run out, they shouldn't have accepted my order—this is completely unacceptable. I would advise against ordering from here unless you want to pay extra for a subpar meal or end up with a sandwich without any meat. 2021 Nov they do good with Offers.Dec I ordered online for pick up and they needed to make changes due to unavailability, but didn't call to let me know til I got there and had to wait another ~15mins while other people were served first!Placed an order via app again within the hours, drove there and they already packed up. the workers here have no idea what they do. order by menulog and they were absolutely unclear and refused to make my order even thought I was already waiting for the collection and had paid for my order. important training needed. so incompetent

Charged me extra for avocado when the vege delite already comes with avocado 7.20 for a six inch sub, then the Indian girl argued about it when I questioned it?? Sadd service could've explained why instead of getting angry.

The restaurant was clean and inviting, with plenty of tables available. The rolls and ingredients were fresh and delicious, just as I expected. The service was exceptionally friendly.
