Subway - Reserva de mesa

Ordered for delivery through the Subway app on 2/14. I was delivered the wrong order, which I was taking to have lunch with my daughter at school. I called several times over 20 mins to try and get a resolution before lunchtime and no answer. I put my issue in on the website later that afternoon and got a reply. The reply included excuses on why the wrong order was delivered and asked how I placed my order. The next reply was more excuses on why the phone wasn’t answered, due to one person working busy lunch rush (it was 9am), claimed her husband working tried to call me back which is untrue I had no incoming calls and offered to “replace my sandwich” though my order was $25 and for 2 meals....

This restaurant offers the most affordable sandwich options, but the portions of meat and cheese are minimal compared to the plentiful amounts of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It's disappointing to pay for such lackluster ingredients. If I wanted a sandwich with more toppings and less meat, I could easily make it myself. For a better sandwich experience, I recommend going to Jersey Mike's, where they generously load up their subs with a significant amount of meat.

Inconsistent food quality. Sometimes it’s great, but today the sandwich was made incorrectly after clarifying numerous times of what I wanted. The workers there don’t seem to be happy and care about the food they put out. Today (7/1/2022) all the workers were smoking in and out of the store, then immediately making food?

The worst Subway I've ever been to and I've been to alot! The 2 women were terrible, they didn't want to be there and they made it known. Very rude!! The guy was great. Never again will I go!!T T Reserva una mesa ahora

Free sandwich... yes please. But why they put 2 new employees with that poor girl on free sandwich day, I'll never know. Hope she survived

The waiter offered to add toppings to my sub before it was toasted, which I thought was a nice gesture. (such as onions, peppers, etc)

Locked the door as another customer was walking out and hid in the back right as I was pulling in at 9:30 (30 min before they close

I almost broke my teeth on a sauce cap in my salad. This has never happened to me before and I am very angry.
