I visited the Subway on Foregate Street in Worcester about an hour ago, and I was served by a young lady named Ella. I can only express fantastic things about her. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. Ella prepared my sub with great care and explained all the options available to me. I struggle with memory loss, so her assistance was greatly appreciated. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ella for her patience, and I sincerely hope that Subway recognizes how fortunate they are to have her on their team. The restaurant requires a group order, and the server who assisted us was fantastic! They were warm and respectful, and we had a lovely time sharing some laughs. Before we knew it, two other guests joined in on the fun. The staff made the experience enjoyable, and our food arrived quickly and was delicious! Highly recommend!
