I wish I could give this place -STARS!! I walked in on 11/22/19 at 11:15am. The woman making ONE sandwich failed to acknowledge me i.e. Hello or I 'll be with you in a minute or Welcome to Subway! . It 's a fact she didn 't even look at me. A minuteor two went by and I said: Seriously?? Still no comment from the woman making the sandwich. I found myself questioning thecomplexity of the sandwich as it clearly required her undivided attention. I left Subway and went up the road to Kinders. False advertising and significantly more expensive than other nearby Subway locations. There’s a large sign advertising any footlong wrap for $8.49, but when I got to the register, they told me my sandwich didn’t qualify. I ended up paying $13 for a Subway sandwich, which felt ridiculous. At other restaurants, I can get table service plus a sandwich, side, and drink for less. The same wrap costs only $8-9 at other Subway stores. Definitely a rip-off.
Subway consistently provides an excellent experience. Each time I've been to this location in Martinez, the service has been remarkable—everyone is incredibly nice, patient, friendly, and helpful. I regret that I forgot the name of the staff member who helped me; he truly deserves recognition and should be rewarded for his outstanding service.
There’s a gentleman named Aaron working at Subway who has the most infectious smile and personality—truly amazing! His customer service is consistently excellent every time I visit. I also appreciate that he wears a mask while preparing the food. Thanks so much, Aaron! He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion, and fast. Lol

I've visited numerous Subway locations, but this one stands out as the best. The service was exceptional—fast and genuinely fresh! The staff ensured a clean environment, and the restaurant was immaculate. This will definitely be my new favorite Subway!
We visited Subway on July 12th, 2022, and enjoyed our free sub. The staff at this location were incredibly welcoming and made us feel special. Our sandwich was freshly prepared with a generous amount of protein, made to order just the way we wanted.
I enjoyed the tuna flatbread with vegetables and avocado, and it was truly delicious. Usually, I visit the Subway at Muir station near my workplace, but this flatbread offered a wonderful change.
