Ordered through the app because I got emailed a promotion. I pick up my order and they were very rude. I get home to find that they didn’t follow the special instructions for the order and they didn’t put any meat in one of my sandwiches. 13.49 for a sandwich and no meat? My order from Subway was completely wrong! When I called to fix it, the employee seemed confused and just kept asking for my name, which is Jackson—one of the easiest names ever. I’m from out of town and paid a lot for delivery, so this was very disappointing. They hardly apologized. I expected better service and accuracy when ordering from Subway’s menu.
I had a positive experience at the restaurant. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The prices were fair, and we enjoyed sharing a delicious sandwich. The interior was clean and well-maintained. However, the parking area was not very pleasant due to a lot of trash, and the overall location felt unsafe with a dirty exterior.
My experience at Subway was what I expected. They've added some new sandwich fillings, which is a nice touch to their menu. However, I honestly don't believe that paying $9.25 plus tax for a sub is worth it. The woman who made my sandwich was very friendly, which really improved my overall experience. Lady was in a rush and gave me 3 slices of roast beef, 5 pieces of spinach, ask for a little more she put 2 leaves of spinach. Not cool especially from the consumers point of view, im not taking away from her personal finance by asking for more spinach.
The staff here are rude and don’t greet customers. I asked for buffalo but they made it completely wrong. I won’t be coming back to this Subway. It’s terrible. For a better experience, try the Subway at Capitol and McLaughlin or Capitol and Senter!
Good experience, she was fast and friendly. Price are great ????we shared a sandwich. And store was clean and nice. Just parking space was super nasty and we had to step on the trash! Location is not safe and outside is super dirty.
