Order from this place numerous times while I was at Burwood. Especially during the lockdown. Highly recommend the place since they make the sandwiches perfectly and listen to the customers very well. I also received some free cookies once in a while. And the discount for the students is also amazing. The food is worth the price. I used to order Subway a lot while I was in Burwood so I found a good combination for Veggie Patty(if anyone wants to order): Italian herbs and cheese bread, toasted, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, capsicum, olives, extra jalapenos, garlic aioli, habanero hot sauce, Pesto mayo, smoked bbq, and salt and pepper. Tastes awesome.
I visited the store on a Friday evening and noticed that they were overwhelmed with orders for just one sandwich artist. Alice did an amazing job managing the rush. Her customer service and ability to handle pressure were outstanding. She definitely deserves a 5-star rating for being such a stellar employee. Plus, the quality of the sub was excellent, especially given the hectic circumstances! :D
Used to come here for their sandwich during exam period. The service are friendly, and fast. Their soft drink vending machine frequently broke down and if you are buying the $5 half-size sandwich, it should comes with a free drink of your choice. If the machine is down ask them whether you can take the small bottle drink instead.
A crowded spot during lunch time with students from deakin coming in. Their service wasn't great as they were in a hurry to send off the customers soon forgetting the quality of service as a result. The leg ham sub I got was generally okay, fresh ingredients and tasted alright as well!

I felt like eating something different from the delicious Asian fare in the local vicinity, and the experience here was good. I enjoyed the sub, and the service was as expected. Was not blown away or thrilled, and I guess that is fast food for you.
a foot long with chicken pieces ordered. the personal was really efficient and polite. I was pretty impressed. he listened to my order attentively and although it was busy, he was pretty fast. the food was also delicious!

This is the best subway restaurant I've ever visited. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is prepared with a high level of care.

The Subway never disappoints! You can enjoy a generous sub filled with fresh salads and your choice of meat, all at a fantastic price. Delicious!
avocado toastie wasn't good. avocado was not fresh and was a little brown. always love the sub though! and also cookies and skyberry juice!
