I visited Subway on Thursday night around 7:15 pm on 4-22-21. A young man with dark hair was working alone and seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had to repeat my order several times, and when he added the toppings to my sandwiches, he didn’t even spread them out properly. I asked for extra spinach, and he shrugged and said, “Hold on, I have to go get more,” sounding somewhat annoyed. While making my fourth sandwich, he asked if the order was for my family, and when I said yes, he stopped and asked, “Why aren’t you home cooking?” After that experience, I wished I had just stayed home and cooked. Both the sandwich and the protein bowl were missing avocados, and both bowls were only half full. When I called to address the issue, the only staff member said he couldn't help since he was just there for closing, even though they don't close until the evening.
I visited with my friends today and had a wonderful experience thanks to Marina, Byron, and Gary. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a great place, and I will definitely be returning!
The bread wasn’t fresh today, and the sandwich maker seemed uncertain about the process—she didn’t even split the sandwich in half!
