service I have ever received the worst. ingredients were very dry and not fresh. there was a big sign from the front that said $5, 6 inches sub. When I went in, they said it was now $6.50 and the promotion ended three weeks ago. then I waited for 10 minutes until the manager came in and could not offer anything but compensation. after all, they didn't even take the sign down. do not go here, very bad experience and they were.
The experience was quite disappointing. The salad was mostly empty and watery at 11:30 AM. It seems that an Indian owner and a beginner were handling the sandwiches, and they took much longer than expected to prepare my lunch. I've seen colors change faster than they made my meal. Among the five available drinks, only Fanta and water were functioning. This place really needs to step up its game.
Two out of the three staff members were not wearing masks, which goes against Covid guidelines. The salad appeared very old and unappetizing, with wilted, brown lettuce. The lack of organization led to a confusing and chaotic ordering experience. There are plenty of other Subways in the area, so I would recommend choosing a different one.

one of the worst underground experiences of my life! I can confidently say that I have a bit of sandwich on my salt. no uniform, no masks, no gloves, frozen avocado. I have seen plants move faster. Terrible!
I just visited this restaurant, but it was closed due to a staff shortage, according to the sign on the door. Save yourself some time and don't bother driving here.
The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The cleanliness was lacking, and the overall hygiene was concerning. This was for a lunch experience.
