Horrible customer service. Laughs at Angry customer instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes of why the customer was upset. For that reason and another reason why I decided to give this location a review. Second reason, this was the third timeI 've came and they didn 't have what I wanted. Maybe they just don 't order avocados? Employees need to learn how to satisfycustomers. Management Rebekka needs to learn how to manage her store as she stood along side of her employee w/false eyelashesand slick back ponytail laughing.. If you see this review, read all others on that employee!! Please customers go to the subwayon Washington blvd, you won 't regret the extra drive.
The staff at this Subway were friendly and accommodating, just as one would expect at any other location. However, I observed that the woman preparing my food used separate containers for different ingredients but didn’t switch her gloves between preparing various sandwiches. Unfortunately, the cookies I wanted were sold out as they had run out earlier in the day. On a brighter note, I do appreciate the combo deal that includes a free cookie with your purchase.

It has had its ups and downs, but the management seems to be on the right track, and the service is quick and friendly. During my last two visits within a week, they were running low on certain ingredients, but the excellent customer service made up for it. Thank you to the hardworking staff!

Terrible experience at Subway—I definitely won’t be returning. The staff clearly need more training and should improve their manners. The way they prepare the sandwiches on the menu is very disappointing.
The service from the employee, particularly the girl with the noticeable fake eyelashes, was quite poor. There was no ice available, and I won't be returning.
The staff is friendly, but the restaurant is overrun with flies.
