The woman that “helped” me was so rude and absent minded. She kept putting the wrong ingredients on and doing whatever she wanted when making sandwiches. Disgustingly enough, she just would pick the wrong ingredients off and dump them back into the bin after they had already been mixed with potential common allergen foods and mixed vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. She was also rude and allowed food to burn while socializing. Quite a few additional trays of burnt food visible as well, probably due to the same reason.
I highly recommend this place for a sandwich or a quick meal. The hospitality from the staff is warm and welcoming; they pay close attention to your order and frequently check if you’d like to add anything else. They also have some amazing cookies (I particularly enjoy the oatmeal) that make for a perfect dessert after your sandwich. I usually get the steak sandwich with chipotle dressing and ranch, but two days ago, I tried the meatball sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious!
I encountered a staff member with an afro and glasses who had painted nails standing at the front, and all he did was toast my sandwich. I asked him to stop, but he responded, "More? Alright," and toasted it again. When I finally received the sandwich, it was burnt to a crisp. I can't blame him entirely, so I'm willing to give it another shot on Wednesday.
