I typically don’t have problems with Subway, but this location seems to be managed by inexperienced staff. The two times I’ve ordered in person were a mess, and today I tried ordering through the app— it was even worse, with many mistakes and missing items. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this store.
I ordered a tuna sub through Uber Eats but received a turkey sub instead. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told I had to bring the sandwich in with my receipt. It’s baffling that I wasn’t informed of this over the phone. Terrible customer service. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers.
The $5 footlongs are no longer available; they now cost $10. However, the turkey sandwich was quite good.
