I frequently order online from this Subway location and typically have a good experience, but recently both the customer service and product quality have significantly declined. I picked up an order just 30 minutes ago, and upon getting home, I discovered that the bread for my sandwich was extremely burnt. It was also poorly made, with too many toppings that I requested less of, and not enough of what I asked for more of. It's quite a mess, and I've been unable to reach anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed and will likely not return.
I really enjoy the Meatball Marinara sandwiches at Subway. They currently have a limited-time offer of $5 footlong sandwiches. My top five favorite footlongs to order here are: 1. Meatball Marinara, 2. Tuna, 3. Spicy Italian (salami and pepperoni), 4. Veggie Patty Delight, and 5. B.L.T. (bacon, lettuce, and tomato).
Giselle was the most unhappy Subway employee I have ever encountered. Her attitude was awful, and she made my sandwich incredibly messy. I usually enjoy my experience with the Subway staff and their menu, but sadly that wasn’t the case this time. Now I have to visit hoping to avoid her. It's really disappointing.
It's a typical Subway. If you've visited one before, this location is much the same. If you want tasty sandwiches customized to your liking, served quickly and at a fair price, this spot will satisfy you.

The service was poor; the employee yelled at my wife and treated us very rudely. The attitude was quite disappointing.
