The gentleman making the sandwiches was fantastic—super friendly, really helpful with suggestions, and incredibly quick and efficient. He was ready to take my veggie order even before my sandwich popped out of the toaster, and he nailed it! He even offered to add extras if I wanted. Who does that? While I was enjoying my meal in the impeccably clean restaurant, I overheard him making a sandwich over the phone for a customer’s wife, and he was just as friendly and effective with her. I definitely love subway but the sandwich my hubby preordered for me was a little too soupy. As we walked in, our order was ready for pick up. We decided to eat in as the drinks were free refills. I don't remember what sandwich hubby ordered for me but it was ham rolled up in a mozzarella ball. It had spinach, tomatoes, extra mayonnaise (which I dislike), and some Italian dressing which made my sandwich more soupy and messy. However I did enjoy the sandwich but hubby obviously doesn't know what I like and dislike. I would rather have the sandwich with minimal mayonnaise and no dressing inside it. I recently visited Subway and was really disappointed with my experience. The employee who took my order was wearing AirPods and seemed totally disconnected from the task at hand. As a result, my order was completely messed up. They forgot several toppings I had requested and even added ones I specifically asked to have left off. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the mistake, the employee simply removed the lettuce from my sandwich and tossed it back into the bin for reuse. We were greeted warmly by the staff as soon as we walked in. There was another customer there, which added to the lively atmosphere. I wasn't quite sure what to order, but the staff member recommended the Italian BMT since it was the sub of the day. It turned out to be an excellent choice and was prepared perfectly. I also tried the broccoli and cheddar soup based on their suggestion, and I would rate it a perfect 10/10. I truly appreciated the energy of the place and its location. The friendly employees made our experience wonderful.

Hands down the best Subway I have been to on the island. First and foremost they have a bathroom for the customers unlike the one in Wahiawa and the one in Kapolei in the Target shopping center! The staff was nice and prompt! Overall the atmosphere was great! My new favorite location for Subway on the island! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
