I took my son and me for lunch, and the girl who served us seemed completely indifferent. My son ordered a white wrap with chicken carving, but the server initially heated up small pieces of chicken instead. When my son clarified his order, a chicken carving was finally heated, but they just tossed it into the wrap with only four slices and a handful of chopped carrots. We understand that some products may be in short supply at the moment, but a mere handful of cucumbers and carrots is not really acceptable. Hopefully, our next visit will be better, or we might just choose to go elsewhere in the future.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a lack of staff presence and no one welcomed me. I found the place nearly empty. I ordered a sub and requested it to be roasted. When I asked for salad, I was told that only spinach was available. I informed the staff that I couldn't eat that, as I needed a sandwich with meat, but she simply apologized and said, "This is all we have." I was charged the full price despite receiving only two-thirds of a sandwich. I definitely won’t be returning; it felt like a real letdown.
the new location is about hope island market place, and it is bright and bright to have its beautiful, a local subway that doesn't look old and shut down. the subs ordered by us were perfectly packed and packed, the only reason I give 3 stars is because both of our subs had so much salt in that we could not eat it. we took it home and ate it a little later, which is why we did not take it back. we didn't just want to be let down if it was salty again. but we will give them another one in the future.
My son ordered a footlong with chicken in it. After a couple of bites he had a look to see what was cold. It was the chicken. they hadn't heated the chicken and it had hot and cold spots through it as it was placed in the toaster. Now he has gastro!

The service was incredibly rude. The girl named Tiana never smiled and seemed to view all customers as nothing but their money. She didn't assist with taking orders at all and was completely unhelpful. I would avoid going there when she's working.
I love Subway! The food is amazing and still reasonably priced! But please don’t raise the prices any more! Haha, I think Subway is already doing well enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Hopeless staff would rather be hiding out the back then serving customers. 3 different occasions either out of avocado or herb and garlic bread.
Absolutely loved my sub. Everyone here is so lovely and makes my day. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Had an amazing sub here, very fresh in comparison to other subways. Staff were very nice aswell.
