Ordered twice and both times they missed the kids meal deal. However today's order wins the award for shocking service. Our order was placed via just eat at half 1. Took 60mins to deliver and surprise surprise we were missing the meal deal. Took an hour for them to answer the phone and even then WE had to request a return delivery to complete our order. 22 unanswered phone calls later (its became a matter of priniple now after the 4th attempted phone call) we still not received the meal deal and its nows 19.47pm. SIMPLY DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE. SERVICE IS POOR. DELIVERY POOR. Save your money and use the sheerness high street branch instead.
Every now and then I try to eat more healthily and have found that the salads here at subway can be very satisfying and filling .i know that a certain slimming group recommends them as fast food takeaway as well so if it's good enough for them then it is for me too .they also offer deals where drinks are included ,sometimes the smell of their lovely herb bread rolls is just too tempting and I weakien but nether the less enjoy .
I've used Subway outlets many times, this one is convenient as is located on Bentley road and is out of town. It's actually inside the Shell Petrol station so whilst it's convenient to get to it's not rated 5 stars for the location. It's does have a seating area inside though and the food is decent as you'd expect from Subway.
Generic fast food restaurant/ take away serving subs etc. However what sets this apart drin the rest is that it takes over 90 minutes for a delivery. 90 minutes for the subs and some nachos. When we complained all we got was a shrug of the shoulders. Please, please save your money and order elsewhere.

The service was very slow, and my friend and I ordered the same salad but one was much larger than the other. Additionally, we were both charged different amounts even though it should have been the same. Overall, the price was expensive considering what was in the bowl.
Can't describe it. As only take subway when nothing else is available. It doesn't matter which subway you have . Holland belgium germany or uk. Taste is at non of them. It just something to fill up the belly and that's it
Ordered a delivery. The drink,sides and "sub "were completely wrong. The sub was cold and not toasted,the 500ml sugar free pepsi was 375mm full sugar. Chrisps and cookie missing. Refund refused
I found it disappointing to see the pre-cooked meats stored in compartments before being heated up in an oven. It was visually unappealing and off-putting. I would not recommend it.

This Subway restaurant is just like any other. It's located in a garage and the staff seems okay. It's an average experience, nothing particularly special about it.
