Subway - Reserva de mesa

Often doesn't have bread, cookies or anything in the drink dispenser. New workers are incompetent, old ones were perfect. Mailed me coupons which didn't work, had to use points, spent 5 minutes on the phone in front of me WHILE FOOD WAS HOT calling a manager that didn't know how to use their own system. And when I complained I got an email saying they appreciate the feedback, offered no resolution at all. Food was cold by time I got home (literally 3 minutes) Disappointing service. Also since they opened deliveroo, very very busy and slow. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
