Often doesn't have bread, cookies or anything in the drink dispenser. New workers are incompetent, old ones were perfect. Mailed me coupons which didn't work, had to use points, spent 5 minutes on the phone in front of me WHILE FOOD WAS HOT calling a manager that didn't know how to use their own system. And when I complained I got an email saying they appreciate the feedback, offered no resolution at all. Food was cold by time I got home (literally 3 minutes) Disappointing service. Worst subway I have ever had. I had an Italian BMT and I think there was a layer of meat missing but didn’t notice till eating it. Asked for ‘a bit’ of red onion and ‘a bit’ of olives. It was overloaded with both and it was overpowering especially from the olives. No real care taken.
