I went in hoping for a meatball sub, which was the only Subway in town that actually had them. Unfortunately, it was the worst sub I've ever had. The meatballs were completely mushy, as if they had been sitting out all day. Honestly, I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog. It was a total waste of my money; I took two bites and ended up throwing the rest away.
The food appeared fresh and was quite tasty. The cleanliness of the place was commendable. However, the staff seemed a bit unhappy, which made the ordering experience feel a bit uncomfortable, as if I was adding to their bad day. Despite that, it's a great option for reasonably healthy food at a fair price.
I really enjoy Subway and my meals there are always delicious. However, this particular location often falls short in terms of customer service. There are several employees who don't engage with customers at all. During my last visit, the staff member making my sandwich didn't utter a single word to me.
Went in to order 3 subs only to be told by one of the workers that they don’t honor coupons anymore I asked the girl why and she told me because they don’t have too! I said okay thanks their loss! This place is decent, but my 11-year-old really enjoys it, so we visit often. Trust me, there are better sub shops out there, like Asheville General Store.
