Subway - Reservar una mesa

my family and I come here regularly and when we send vouchers in the post we use them. we are 4 blocks from this place. Today I sent my brother there and was said that they don't accept any good-looking, this can't be right as we just used them. they refuse to take and when they call, they can't have anyone on the phone just one answer machine, I wanted to talk to a manager when he exists. very unprofessional place I called the nearest nearby subway, and they answered and was very nice and said they accept coupons. I will not come back and visit the one 2 miles away.
