So i went in there this past Sunday to get 2 6 subs and 2 12 . I asked if i could get these four subs and they refused to make them!!!! So i asked why and she said they where short staffed, which there there 3 employees there and they where running out of bread. She told me if i wanted that many subs i should have ordered them online. Which i didn't get because aren't you using that bread anyway!!!! So i went to the 44th st location and with 1 person working she glady filled my order plus took my coupon the last store refused to take either.
I have to say that over the past two months, this restaurant has really improved. The service was excellent, and the pace was just right for lunch; the staff was attentive. As for vegetarian options, this is definitely a great spot for anyone looking for meat-free choices.
Guy did a good job on my subs but his attitude was very unprofessional. It’s 230pm 2-11-22. He had blonde hair and glasses. I get the job being tough but should keep the attitude in back of house and not while customers are around. Also use a little bit of curse words.
I won't be going to Subway anymore. I've been a regular customer, visiting 2-3 times a week for years, but they got rid of the daily special I loved. It's all due to corporate greed. You've just lost a loyal customer.

Its fun to go here. All the bad reviews seem to be old anyways. Best I figure is that some people are complaining because they have nothing better to do. Its Subway, not fine dining.
exciting that they were on my flesh and for the amount of money they change for each sub! and the staff was not very friendly!
I would love to suggest a few things but I don't have enough room for all the mistakes that were made.
This restaurant opens early and has an extremely friendly staff. The sandwich service is excellent!
