Done, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here.The last time I was here (right after the new owner took over) They were sanding sheet rock.. and dust was everywhere, even in the food, (you could write your name in the dust on everything) yet they still served it. The app isn't working properly; I'm having trouble loading certain promotional codes at this location. I'm not sure if the issue is with the app or the franchise itself, but trying to use it has become so frustrating that I no longer want to eat at Subway today. It's disappointing to think about how the franchise owners are likely losing money because of these malfunctions. Perhaps they should team up to take action against the companies responsible for the app.
We placed an online order for pickup, but unfortunately, it was not correct. I ordered a sandwich with double meat and paid for it, but it wasn't included. I also ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and received tuna instead. Additionally, there were banana peppers in both the sandwich and a bowl we ordered, which neither of us likes. We hadn't had Subway in a long time and were really looking forward to our meal, but we ended up feeling very disappointed.
Short-staffed, with just one employee there to handle both sandwich-making and checking out, and he has to wash his hands each time when moving between those activities. (The hand washing is a good thing, not a bad thing. Don't expect fast service if it is busy. It wasn't very busy when we visited, but he still seemed stressed. I went to this subway today, ordered a few sandwiches for family that ill with covid, no I was not in contact at all. but the two young ladies there really showed a lot of love, amazing customer service skills. fast with the art of making subs n dishes. Thank you. I will definitely be a LOYAL-GUEST this location. oh I tried a new sub recommended by a worker the garlic chicken sandwich i give it a 5/5
I made an online order of 545 on the way to work. the door is locked as the manager decided to close early. it was 552. she called and said she wouldn't. it should have been ready. she called me back again when I tried to get food at another place because I didn't want to be too late for work. never mind
