I placed my order through the app and received a notification that it was ready at the scheduled time. However, when my wife arrived at the restaurant shortly after, she discovered that they hadn't even begun preparing it. She had to wait in line to inquire about the order, and only then did they start working on it. I understand that they might be busy and possibly understaffed, but it's frustrating to be told that the order is complete when it clearly isn't.
The service was quite disappointing. The woman didn’t acknowledge either my friend or me, and when I requested that she warm up my sandwich, she only heated the bacon, leaving the rest of it cold. To add to the inconvenience, she didn’t offer to package our sandwiches or provide napkins; I had to specifically ask for a bag. All in all, it was a terrible experience.
I arrived right as dinner service began, and the restaurant was bustling with customers. Amidst the chaos, there was one employee who was managing everything on her own. She stayed composed and made everyone's sandwiches to perfection! She really deserves a raise or a bonus for her exceptional performance under pressure and for handling everything by herself!
The little humans working tonight were especially rude and inconsiderate. Spent more time entertaining their friends and allowing them to cut in front of me while taking their sweet time during the process. She dined with us tonight during a hectic rush of customers, and this coworker was the only one working that evening. She managed to stay calm and prepared all the sandwiches to perfection! She truly deserves a raise or a bonus for handling the pressure so expertly all on her own!
I had an excellent experience with the customer service! The new manager is fantastic! They are open early in the morning until late at night. The staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning!
