The employee who served us appeared indifferent, although she did complete her duties. The menu had a limited selection, and when I inquired about it, the response was simply, "that's all we have." This might be due to supply chain issues, but it’s unclear from that answer. The food was fresh and the sandwiches were okay, but the outdoor area was quite untidy. There was an overflowing trash can by the entrance, with people piling garbage on top of it. The wind had scattered litter around the parking lot, mostly Subway wrappers and cups. If this were my restaurant, I would have been embarrassed and sent someone to clean it up. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.
I have eaten at Subway locations all over the world, and I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had. The sauces tasted strange, and the employee didn’t know how to wrap the sandwich properly. When I opened it, everything fell apart. Since it was a takeout order, he left our food open and unhygienic while he served someone else. I would highly recommend avoiding this Subway location.
I purchased a gift card that included a receipt for a free 6-inch sandwich, but I wasn't able to use it until the following week. Unfortunately, no one honored the offer, and now the QR code on the receipt has faded due to heat.
There are multiple Subway locations nearby, but this one really shines. The service was top-notch, with a friendly young woman who delivered exceptional customer care. The sandwiches were also very tasty.
