I opted for my usual order, the Italian BMT. It was piled high with meat, perfectly toasted, and loaded with fresh veggies. The sauces were just right, the wrap was expertly done, and the cookie was warm. Truly, everything about this dining experience was fantastic. I can confidently say this is the best Subway I’ve ever visited.
On top of that, the woman behind the counter, whom I assume to be the owner, was incredibly kind. It took me back to childhood memories of my mom making sandwiches for me after a long day of play.
In conclusion, yes, it’s still a Subway, but it’s a special one. Leave your Subway sigh at the door—you’re in for a delightful surprise!
Having worked in customer service myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when customers arrive right before closing. However, I believe that 30 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to wind down. I wouldn't plan to go in any later than 8 PM, respecting their closing time. If the staff really wants to stop serving customers at 8 PM, they should adjust their closing hours accordingly. Overall, it was a bizarre experience— the employees seemed frantic, sweeping and cleaning as if they had only one minute left before closing. To be honest, I felt quite uncomfortable.
Sadly bad service. I understand it's a holiday weekend but we walked in to no condiments or sauces on the display. Both girls behind the counter were way too ahead of closing, I mean we walked in at 8pm ... they close at 9pm.. we couldn't even ask for extras because we couldn't see what was available. They also didn't even make our sandwich correctly.. sorry but won't be back
Do not go to this location! They always ignore you and skimp on the sandwich as they build it with an attitude. They try to cut them short or put less ingredients than required. There's a Subway on every corner so go to any other one than this one. Because if they act this way to your face I can't imagine what corners are being cut elsewhere.

The pictures don't accurately represent what you receive. I ordered the advertised "Beast" which was supposed to be loaded with meats, but what I got felt like a total letdown. Nobody enjoys being deceived. My partner had a similar experience with his order. I'd recommend staying away from this place at all costs.
6/5/23 6:00 pm. Rude acted so inconvenient when I was asking for stuff on my sandwich, save yourself your money and being treated rudely there's plenty other subways around. I mean I thought that was their job to build sandwiches. better off just go to Jimmy John's or any other chains
The two guys do not listen to do whats the customer requests . I want to toast the bread but he said he put the turkey then he dont toast the bread for me . Their attitude do bad , not Happy to do for me. I will not com back.
Charming and delightful! The staff generously treated my sister and me to a free cookie. They also engaged us in a fun and cheerful conversation while preparing my sandwich!

Don't come to this restaurant, very bad experience. I ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki and was only given a piece of meat, and the clerk had a very bad attitude.
