I gave this restaurant a 4-star review, but the service provided by the gentleman employee tonight was truly 5-star. Despite being the only staff member on duty and dealing with a busy evening, he remained pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of preparation for a rush of customers resulted in some people leaving before their orders could be completed. The online ordering machine was also causing some chaos with constant beeping. Overall, the employee handled the situation with patience and professionalism, and the sandwiches were delicious. Subway's website and their in-person sign both state they close at 8 PM, but when I tried to enter at 7:30 PM with an employee inside watching me, the door was locked. Don’t waste your time stopping by for lunch—you’ll likely be locked out then too. Choose a place that actually follows its posted hours. I bought Groupon coupons for Subway but have never been able to use them because I’m locked out. I even called, but no one answered despite there being a worker inside. Their menu availability means nothing if you can’t get inside.

The service was lacking, but the food was decent. We didn't receive a warm welcome when we entered, and the person making the sandwiches didn’t seem very friendly. The tables were dirty, and the sandwiches didn’t look clean either. My daughter wanted to order a children's meal, but the staff had no idea what that was. We were disappointed and won’t be coming back.
This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it! The restaurant was clean and had a wonderful aroma. The person who prepared our sandwiches did a fantastic job! I ordered an Italian BMT on herbs and cheese bread, topped with spinach, black olives, pickles, mayo, sweet onion, salt, and pepper. It was delicious and made perfectly! I will definitely be returning!
Subway offers a really good experience, and the employee was very friendly. However, having only one person working the restaurant at 6 PM may not be very safe for her or any customers inside at that time. The menu had a great variety to choose from.
I like to grab a sub from Subway once in a while, especially on Sundays during my lunch break. The food is consistently good, but I think the customer service could use some improvement.

Order is pretty accurate when ordering inside. But won't order online again because all 3 sandwiches were not made accurately made. I love Subway just when its made right.
It was very good but they do not always put on what you say they mix the order up.
