I find this situation quite frustrating. The breakfast combo only comes with coffee, but they don't offer decaf and refuse to substitute it for anything else. This means you're stuck with regular coffee or nothing at all. I had previously visited this location and they were willing to substitute it for chocolate milk, so I was surprised by their inflexibility this time. I expressed my disappointment several times about the lack of decaf, especially given the misleading description of the breakfast combo. I'm truly let down by this location; their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to accommodate has cost them a customer, and as a result, I feel compelled to leave a negative review. I cannot...

Went to subway yesterday 2-2-18, orders a wrap and a meatball sandwich and I did eat the meatball until the next day and it was bad, most of the meatballs were burned on one side, and the wrap was dry even after I ask them to put mayo on it, now I use to work at subways and was taught not to waste food but was also taught if the meatballs are burned and dry you do not use them..and I would like to know why this is the only subways that sells footlong for $7;99, when everyone else 's (subway)sells footlong 's for $6;99, as seen also on t.v. I will never go back to this store, do not like what the do with their meats,

Sandwiches were made pretty quick, father and son working together made it feel really inviting. Had a nice conversation with them while they made the sandwiches, definitely recommend visiting this location. Been visiting this location for years and havenever been disappointed lol
Terrible customer service and they pick and choose which coupons they let the customer use. The manager (short bald man) has no customer service skills and only accepts certain coupons that benefit them. I suggest the wing stop next door.
The service was adequate, but they served less meat than usual, which is a deal-breaker for me, especially since their subs are becoming more expensive. The location in Sawtelle has much better overall quality.
I really love this place! If you're a frequent Subway customer like I am, I highly recommend downloading their app. You'll find a lot of great deals. I just got two footlongs for the price of one!
